I build lean, scalable products that turn audacious ideas into shippable code—fast. After leading AI initiatives for global enterprises and tech startups, I'm now focused on Soch Studios, a Karachi non-profit creating a private, on-device AI advocate for Pakistan.
Our mission: a lightweight Urdu/English agent that lives on your phone, encrypts your context, and helps you navigate Pakistan—from electricity bills to local bureaucracy—without leaving the device.
When I'm not shipping code, you'll find me mentoring engineers, exploring AI governance, and advocating for Palestine 🇵🇸.
Current Focus
- ⚙️ Founding Engineer @ Soch Studios — Building open weights (Apache-2.0) fine-tuned on Pakistani data.
- 🔐 Edge Privacy R&D — Encrypted SQLite vaults, biometric unlock, zero telemetry by default.
- 🌐 Community Commons — Partnering with universities and civic hackers to build plug-in "skills" for everyday tasks.
